'Scooter Is The New Black' is a virtual time out from reality.
Scooter does all of the hard work to find the late breaking (not really) news, inventions, oddities, and observations.
Scooter's assisted by an 11 year old Boxer named Kane. When he's not fighting crime he likes to text message his friends.. which is incredible due to his no opposable thumbs and all.
